Tried getting an FNB prepaid sim online, only option is to have it delivered to me at R150, are there any other options like collecting one at a branch?

I'd ask if you can pick one up at a dotFNB store?

Tried calling, got the queue roundabout for a few mins and then gave up.

Anyone know if you can pick up a prepaid sim from an FNB branch? I have a feeling that won't be possible because I highly doubt they'll want irate cellphone clients clogging up their bank branches, ie they'll want to keep the connect customers direct only

I got a free delivery option for the one I chose... But it took some time to arrive so in the meantime I went to a FNB branch and the guy gave me a sim

Look up the store manager email address at the dotfnb nearest you. They tend to respond pretty quickly

I'm going to try at the local FNB and I'll report back on what they say
