I suspect this is the most common clash. I'm wanting Sky News (UK) and 9Now (Aus). I see Sky news on US and UK channels for channel group B but Sky is only in Channel Group B. I would really like to do 9Now (Aus) but can't seem to be able to get it without sacrificing Sky News.... I'm new to Getflix, do I have any options, or should I try another service? Getflix seems seriously easy to use and flexible.

You say sacrifice but it's a temporary change, isn't it?

FWIW their sibling, SmartDNSService, has them in different groups.

Thanks @bwana I'll take a look at SmartDNSService.
I think the main thing is this system must work for the non-tech folk in the house. These are people who are used to pressing the channel button on the DSTV control.

Did.. did you go sign up an Apple account for each country?

Might try some Aus stuff. And try the profile thing @backstreetboy mentioned.

Yeah, so the additional profiles are probably only required to install the software from those regions, but it looks like all apps are available to use from all profiles which is great. 9Now has some good Aussie shows like The Block.

One thing GetFlix has that SmartDNSService doesn't is the option for "ignore" Netflix and Prime - i.e. use the local South African service for those... Will test them shortly.

I know it does for Netflix, I'm using it.

Ugh I got over that show.

Yes they're all there except Nat Geo. If you can find the URL can redirect it manually or request it.
I have to pay for the full service to test drive it... I see they have 'Sky' but not 'Sky news' so I'll have to trust that bit. If SmartDnsService doesn't work, I'll definitely give it a go, thanks.

OK problem solved, Netflix and Prime are TV apps, the rest are Apple TV apps and SmartDNSService sorts my Sky vs 9Now issue.
Lekker soos 'n krekker!
Ta all!
