Getting a document quicker from Home affairs

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of a way to get a certificate from home affairs quicker I applied for my deceased fathers Declaration of citizenship which i need to try and get my passport(German) renewed problem is Home affairs says it takes about 3 months... is there no ways to get it done faster even if i have to pay more (please note i am aware i'm grasping at straws here)

So Passportassist cant help in my case anybody know anyone else
