Hi guys, I see the Switch Lite is like R3000 less than the Switch atm.
This makes it a bit more attractive to me. Do you think it's worth it, or should I go full monty and get the normal Switch?
3k is nothing to scoff at tho.

What's the battery life like on a switch? I mean 3k difference will get me Pokemon Sword and something else? Maybe a UPS idk

I have a switch lite and no regrets, the full blown switch is just way too expensive over here for me to justify owning it.
I wont deny that I have thought to myself "It would actually be nice to play this on TV sometimes", yet at the same time the price of the full blown switch would probably give me buyers remorse over it.

I appreciate the fact that the lite weighs less than the switch and the slightly smaller screen to make the 720p a bit sharper. I'm not quite sure how I'd feel using a switch all the time if it weighs more than the lite.

With regards to battery life I feel that betting on 4 hours is the safer number to go by.

Would I prefer to own a Switch over a Switch Lite ? Yes
Would I pay R6600+- for a Switch ? No
Do I regret getting a a switch lite ? No

I basically play Pokemon Sword, Mario Kart, Smash and Zelda Breath of the wild and am not a multiplayer person.
