Getting a telkom data only account

Hi there,

I have my line with Afrihost at the moment and am not really interested in moving it back. I'd like to try out a telkom uncapped 4MB data only product but their website is somewhat broken when trying to place an order. When calling telkom they told me that I can't get a data only package and I have to go to a telkom direct store... which I suspect is a load of rubbish.

Has anyone else managed to get this right? Line via wholesale, data via telkom?

via their website going through the sign-up process when you select Uncapped accounts it takes you to a page that asks for your phone line number and once submitting that page it just gives a server error.

Hey blunt,

Try ordering from 1st of February as the new pricing will kick in (less 40% on that 4MB price) but as to the errors, i just tried now while logged into my account (for online billing etc) and it also spewed that error out running Waterfox v16.01 :/.

Let us hope it is sorted by the 1st as i will be ordering an account aswell for another ADSL line we got.

Yeah will wait til the 1st was just impatient and wanted to see if it was pro rated hopefully they will fix it soon
