Does anybody know how I can bypass the 0800375375 ADSL call centre and get to speak to someone at Telkom who has some sort of accountability?

I logged a problem with my ADSL line last week Weds and I am still awaiting for a technician to be assigned to the 'intermittent' problem. I have two different problem ticket numbers, 7 or 8 escalation reference numbers...but no technician...and still no ADSL.

I am in the Northcliff area, supposedly with 512K ADSL and would really like to talk to an area manager or something, but I run into the brick wall of the call centre and can not get around it.

Don't have another number. Maybe your best bet is a Telkom store, they tend to be very helpfull here in Cape Town.

One option is speak to a manager at the 0800 375 375.

If you really dont wanna do that, here is the alternative.

011 815 3038 ask to speak to numziwe, petunia, or pcricella (not sure on the spelling)

I had a huge problem with my line, and I eventually canceled it because telkom does not care about the end user. Even thou we pay all the salaries, they think they can get away with a lazy attitude, and a bad work ethic.

btw... the telkom direct in cresta rocks!!
