Hi there :)
We're about to move to Muizenberg - a house in one of those security complexes on the far side of Prince George Drive. Apparently there's no land line. What are our best options for getting online here? Get Telkom to put in a landline and get ADSL? Any other solutions?

At the moment (where we are living in Woodstock now) Webafrica is our ISP and they manage our ADSL line, and we are happy with them.

I teach online, so fairly constant online access is important, but it's mainly browsing websites and uploading and downloading smallish files, we don't use enormous amounts of bandwidth.

Telkom LTE uncapped @ 799 a month.

Check on a mobile first if you can pickup Telkom LTE first if possible. Ignore Telkom's coverage maps on their site, they're plain incorrect.

@Suurlemoen
the 4G LTE in Muizenberg is slow i did a Telkom LTE Demo and i got 1.2 mb/s on LTE "HUAWEI B593" only so i hopefully you get more than 1 megabyte on LTE Advanced but get a Telkom Sim card pop it into your smartphone go to muizenberg your house do a speedtest with the ookla speedtest App to Centurion in joburg Telkom internet server
