Getting Data on a Win 8.1 RT Tablet

So I have inherited an Asus Tablet/Notebook thing from my sister with Windows 8.1 RT on it. Beautiful device and incredibly handy, the OS is just a bit unsupported.

The thing has a sim card slot so I want to get prepaid mobile data for it so a few questions:

1. Who's cheapest besides Cell C, have Cell C on my phone and looking for a backup carrier.
2. I can't find a dialer app to run USSD codes, and really don't wanna have to swap SIM cards everytime I need to top up so I need either the app or a way to load data onto it without the annoyance of swapping the cards.

Hmmmm, can't seem to see any ports from Win RT on there... But yes that's the final option is ditching the Windows and switching to something else if it's even possible.

Doing some fiddling I see you can buy data through ABSA online banking but only for Vodacom... Why does no one else do this? Cos now I'm going to go Vodacom, oh god help me
