Getting IT Certified

Can anyone tell which academy/trainer is the best in terms of getting certified.

Interested in programming certifications(PHP/MySQL, Python, Java)
Already familiar with all the above, except for J2EE in Java. Need a cheap and hassle free institution. I just
study/refresh at home, then go write a respectable certification exam.
