Getting line for ADSL

Hi guy
Ordered a new line since 22 June since then 2 technicains came to my house for like 5-10 min beafore leaving saying that they need to check something but never came back. Phone 10210 like 20 times a day and each time a different feedback was given back to me eg, the distribution box is faulty and they are fixing it, the nunber assigned to you has already been taken and the technicain will contact you tomorrow ( which should be yesterday) and many other reasons.

So question is anybody know a technicain in Bedfirdview that accepts his normal salary+ little something from my side to get me a new line.
 
Escalate to manager?
Ask to speak to a supervisor. Best would be to walk into a physical Telkom store that is close and get it sorted out there, they would know best what's going on in your area.
