I had some bad experience with a company called Mobile Scene in JHB. They hacked my phone's motherboard, when I complain they promise me a new motherboard. 5 Months later they promise to pay back my money. Now it is 7 months later and they are ignoring my e-mails. Any suggestion what I can do to get my money back?

I also just bought an I-Mate phone from Mobile Scene. The phone came with a 12 month guarantee and it was faulty from the beginning. The guy said he'll get it fixed if I bring it, but I'm having serious doubts. Is there any other option? I don't think so, because they are the I-Mate agents.
