Getting my line on an exchange moved

Basically need to know the process as well as how long it takes.

Thinking if chabging my line to a faster line but sitting with some problems when it comes to lines etc.

Teloom says my line can take 10meg hut router says it only takes 4meg max synicing.

Need to get to a closer exchange to uograde from a 10meg line.

According to your stats you max sync is 4.7Mbs due to the line quality
