Getting tracks off iPod Nano

A friend brought her iPod Nano to play music with.

Thing is, I don't have anything with an aux port or a docking station.

Is there a way to get her files on put them on my PC?

Anapod explorer is also nice as it fixes the cockup of names ipods cause.

or if naming is not an issue to you (it should be though) you can just enable hidden folders and coppy them straight out the music folder

In Linux you wouldn't even know that Apple tried to hide the files from you =)
I'm not saying make the switch...i'm just saying ubuntu's better...
