Getting VGA to work

I brought my PC into work for reasons,

Screens only have VGA input, plugged in VGA cable into pc (onboard), whereas PC usually uses HDMI and screen is black. Thoughts?

VGA output is probably disabled in the BIOS settings, what with this not being 1897 anymore. Problem is you need a working screen to change the settings. You could try clearing the CMOS by pulling the battery or using the jumpers on the board to get it to enable both ports, but that might mess up other stuff.

Do you have a dedicated GPU in the PC? Switching from GPU to onboard can mess it up.
