Good evening lately my geyser is acting up when it's on I can't touch the taps inside the house, I get electrified when I touch them 10 minutes ago I switch on the geyser and I touched it I got electrified. About 2 years ago some guy who came to help me he told me that the person who installed my geyser didn't put earth wire. But back them everything was okay this thing started about 2 weeks back could it be the earth wire thing or maybe it's something else. Until I fine someone to help me should I be concern about my house safety. When I go out I switch the geyser off.

How the fark...

And the guy that came to help you never even suggested fixing it?

If you earth it you will have no power permanently. Find the source of the leak first and then earth.

He said he will come back but because I didn't have problem back then I never made a follow up. I will get someone over the weekend but the water get hot though. I'm just worried about the safety of the house.

Check your personal insurance policy and maybe you have an Assist program which will cover some of the costs.
Get it done by a qualified electrician/plumber and get a COC afterwards.

What was it like being electrocuted multiple times? Did you see heaven? What was it like?

How will I know it has burned the water get hot

Then the element is fine, What Magnum said:

Fixing the problem is easy if you have a clue about electrical wiring, if you don't it's better to seek someone who does, not neccessarily an electrician just some who knows their way around wires, easier way is to trace trace the wires from the geyser up to the DB box and replace them, use the correct gauge of wires.

What i am baffled about is why does you supply not trip when all of this is happening? are you sure that your house is wired properly? because that amount of current should be tripping the earth leakage.

Elements insulation burned and electricity leaks out via water . Worse case would need new wires from db board to geyser of the correct thickness.
