Geyser leak

If my geyser is leaking here would it need to be replaced?(see attached image)
It also started leaking out of the flange nuts

Turn of all water to that thing
Get them out to replace that thing ASAP.

The same thing happened to me, and had I not acted, we would have had a torrent of water in the bathroom
