Geyser thermostat control

I want to change my temperature control on my geyser.

It seems the geysers only have 1 temperature setting. I expected a lower and upper setpoint.

I would like to set my geyser to 60 degC with a lower setpoint of 50 degC. So once the water reaches 60 degC the geyser will switch off and start heating when <50 degC.

How do I do this?

How does the geyser work with just one setpoint?
It doesn't seem like an energy efficient design.

It has a built-in range. I don't know the specific range but it works something like if you set it at 45 degrees then it will start heating if the water is less than 40 degrees. And will stop at 45. Something like that. It doesn't keep it constantly at 45.

A single setting is all you need? It will switch off at 60 and heat when it drops below? If it drops to what you call a set point and then only switch on it will take more energy to heat it back to the high point? What is you theory with the low point? I agree with the above post that it will not be an exact temperature at all times
