Gfx card fan CFM

I tried to find these figures definitively but even searching the model number(s) can only get what looks to be guesstimates from 10-40CFM. I found a Deepcool Wind Blade 120mm rated at 65CFM which seems to be more or less the max. I don't see how a 75mm fan can deliver 40CFM or above without sounding like a blower.

For those educated with these figures, would I be correct in assuming that it's probably in the lower ~20CFM range and a 120mm fan would be more than sufficient?

Okay I get that more or less. But reading through it and the comments it also seems that those factors will make a difference of a few percent at most except in some exceptional circumstances so you may as well go with the one with the higher airflow.

The main factor for me is that CFM just like mK values are hard to measure absolutely and I don't trust manufacturer figures much. From what I can gather the 75mm fans can probably do 40CFM each under maximum load but they're not even running at half of that now in single file. By my reasoning a single 120mm fan (any one) should be able to do much better at lower RPM unless I'm missing something.

Some interesting findings. Putting it against the existing fan it seems to work against it and raises the temperature and fan speed. And no I don't have them blowing in opposite directions.

Against the open hole it lowered the fan speed but the card still keeps it at the same temperature so it hasn't taken over so to speak. Will see later after load shedding what it does solo with no shroud and only the heatsink.
