So I'm sure I'm not the only one that saw the specials today on onedayonly and is considering buying it for wifey for valentines.. Now my question is, is it worth it?

Why don't you send her for a Brazillian blow dry instead? Her hair will be straight for a few months

It's the only thing most girls allow anywhere close to their hair.

So yes.

Definitely.

Did the same for my wife last year... I'm still getting nookie because of that gift ;)

According to her it is miles ahead of the other straighteners she had before it.

Prices look good. Was considering selling mine and buying one of those on special today

Yes, you thought Fifty Shades was great for the bedroom, a GHD will take it to the next level.

But if you where buying for yourself then I would have said a Cloud Nine is far superior.

also heard that cloud nine is the new have to have, but GHD is definitely worth the money.

Personally I would look for a local salon that stocks GHD. Also whenever buying a GHD product, verify with GHD that its a valid product. There are a lot of fakes on the market.

Doubt onedayonly would be selling fakes?

Not really "new", just a far superior product but more expensive. GSG is the same as GHD but half the price.

We sell Cloud Nine & GSG in our salon because we find the reps give us better service and don't require us to spend an obscene amount of money on stock orders like GHD require (this is also why hair salons will sell their GHD stock at a low markup as they need cash flow).
