Giga 100 package

Hi

Took out the giga 100 prepaid package today.Internet is dog slow and getting pings of anywhere up to 3500ms.Based in DBN.Anyone also experiencing problems ?
 
Also situated around KZN, not having any issues here. Using the B315 LTE router btw.
 
Same issue. Cell C 3G is dog slow even with full reception. I was roaming nicely on Vodacom for the last two weeks but now my roaming privilages are gone, if I'm lucky to connect to Vodacom I only connect to Edge in an area Vodacom serves with 4G.
