Hi, I have a gigabyte B49G wireless router. I can connect to it perfectly. The only problem is that it drops & picks up the connection in 2 sec. I have a network printer so when im printing bulk. It looses connection then I have to reprent the bulk because this application does not allow me to start again at any point. What could be the problem that im lossing connection. Im right next to the router that im connected to in the same room. Please help. Thanks

It might be either a faulty network adapter or network cable

Check the documentation of your router for how to set you wireless network up on a different channel. The default channel is 11. You might be in a area where there is other wireless networks all using the same default channel 11.
