gigabyte motherboard usb3

hi there,

can anyone tell me how i can get the above motherboard repaired and or swopped out.
First i do not know where it was purchased and secondly do not have the proof of purchase as it was given as a gift.
i tried getting it repaired but the computer stores i have been to says it still has like 2years on warranty and say they cannot touch it...

somebody pleasssse help..

They'll swap it out under warranty, unless there's physical damage? For physical damage you'd need to go somewhere else that does electronic/solder/PCB work...

also as i said i do not have proof of purchase..
no physical damage,just wont boot and if iam lucky to get it to boot then resets all the time.
