Many of the threads go on about isp support. Today a sunday, my internet went down at just after 11 am, I called Gigago on the off chance they had weekend support, the call was answered, and after explaining the problem, I was forwarded to a NOC engineer, who told me that they had received several calls regarding the same issue, and that a senior engineer was looking into the issue, @12,10 the internet game up, how many other ISPs have support on a sunday.
