Ginseng sexual performance

Just remember that you get different types of Ginseng. Siberian, Panax and Korean. Panax is the one you want for sexual disorders (i never said you had a sexual disorder ). Avoid Siberian Ginseng, it's not even real Ginseng just some other plant named that for whatever reason, it's useful as a tonic but not really in the sexual department.

I have the Ginseng capsules from Vital. It basically removed my depression, but I was using that along with Garlic pills. No, I don't like Manto.

Currently using Ginseng capsules from vital and them Vital Garlic pills. Lots of omega 3 in those garlic pills, and you get a nice garlic taste in your mouth
