I've setup centos6 before so convert me:

Pacman is arch's package manager like emerge is gentoo's. Because cool kids use arch, don't you want to be cool?

I think that list is completely automated, by searching and sorting repos of African origin, either my org or user.

Edit: Maybe not... Perhaps they actually do help with some handpicking...
