"Give-Away" data not allocated

Then you never cut over to a newer package and they have now corrected it.

Are you referring to this? Because I have not noticed that 90% free data?

Midnight to Morning

Free data after hours
If you use the Internet from 12am to 8am, up to 90% of your data is free.

The amount of data that you get free is dependent on your package (see table below). Midnight to Morning is available on iBurst Wireless packages (excluding Wireless Start).

For example: If you are on a Wireless 5 package and download 1Gb after hours, 600Mb will be free and only 400Mb will count towards your data limit.

Package Discount Free data per 1Gb Max free data
Wireless 1 20% 200Mb 1.25Gb
Wireless 2 50% 500Mb 4Gb
Wireless 5 60% 600Mb 12.5Gb
Wireless 8 80% 800Mb 40Gb
Wireless 15 90% 900Mb 150Gb

That's a really old article. Since then, they've gone from the 2GB package at R199 p/m to 10GB* package at R199 p/m. The 2GB package was exactly that, you only could use 2GB. Then they came up with the idea that users tend to use all of their cap by mid-month, so they doubled your package mid-month (e.g. 2GB package would get 2GB extra mid-month, 4GB package would get 4GB extra mid-month, etc.). After some time, they increased the amount of data from 2GB to 10GB keeping the price exactly the same and they introduced higher packages. Again after some time, they introduced the midnight2morning scheme where you get the same amount of data as your package to use during 12am and 5am but if you don't use it all, it gets reset to 10GB (or whatever package the user is on) the next month. If you don't use all of the Anytime data, it gets carried over in to the next month.

Iburst should update their website then.
Also, the midnight to morning times, according to Iburst website, is from 12:00 to 08:00?

Could someone from Iburst please refer me to the correct web address?

iBurst website is relatively up-to-date. You shouldn't rely on Google to give you the right location to iBurst's Ts&Cs. Have a look at the Ts&Cs for Midnight to Morning times on their website (my bad for typing 5 instead of 8):
http://www.iburst.co.za/documents/legal/document_41.pdf

Also, have a look at the iBurst Wireless Specific Ts&Cs (explaining carry over of data in point 1):
http://www.iburst.co.za/documents/legal/document_38.pdf

Took me all of 10 seconds to do the following:
  1. Go to www.iburst.co.za
  2. Hover over "Our Company" and select News
  3. Click on "Legal" in the left hand column
  4. Look for the relevant legal binding document
