I filled in all my details. A minute later I got an email "Thank You for Requesting: 2015 IT Security Kit (a $50.00 value) FREE for a limited time!"... underneath the "Your resources are listed below for instant download" heading in the email was the link to "The Database Hacker's Handbook: Defending Database Servers". It is an old 2005 book though that is already available on the internet if you know how to use google.
