Eyewitness News has learnt that businessman Glen Agliotti has handed himself over to police.
He is facing a charge of intimidation concerning a man indentified only as Mr Lee.
It is understood the two men are involved in an apparent supermarket rivalry.
Agliotti, who handed himself over at the Johannesburg Central Police Station on Thursday morning, will be taken to the city’s magistrate’s court for a bail application.
Agliotti also stands accused of killing mining magnate Brett Kebble.
He is currently under house arrest awaiting the start of his murder trial.
Agliotti is also the state’s main witness in its case against National Police Commissioner Jackie Selebi.
