Problems: Had problems since December. Current status is that we achieve almost fully paid for syncing speed, but have to reset the line every couple of hours when it decides to go beyond slow. Had about 5 different technicians from Telkom here over the last few months, always say there's something wrong with the actual line, but they do nothing. They have tried resetting things their side (many times), switching ports, and a bunch of other things, but never actually looked at the line properly (which is interesting since they say the line has a problem). The attenuation on the line is horrific. For a couple months they then downgraded our speed to a lower 1Mbps tier, but still charged us for a 2Mbps. Their system also sends us messages saying that the fault is fixed, when it isn't, and reply websites and numbers are often incorrect or do not exist, not to mention techinicians that say they will return and never do.
