Hi

I've been struggeling to sync to the Glenvista exchange since yesterday afternoon. Anyone else with the same problem?
 
Thanks for the feedback LollyGP. Seems my line is stuffed then... I haven't been able to get a single synchronization since Monday afternoon even though my telephone is working fine. I logged a fault with telkom on tuesday... useless bunch
 
I don't think Telkom will do anything about it until the new year... but I can PM you the number of a techie that works around the area, he usually sorts things out within a day or two.
 
Thanks Willy2580, I also suspect that it would only be adressed in the new year which flippen annoys me. A technician actually showed up on Thursday morning, fiddled with the wires for a while, said that he wasn't sure what the problem was and that he would return in the afternoon with another technician. Needless to say nobody returned and I had to reconnect everything myself.

Will I be able to get refunded for downtime experienced?
 
You should be able to get a refund if the downtime has been more than 24 hours, just make sure you have the correct reference number.
