Glocell Cruise Deal - A scam?

Hey guys,

just checking how many others are having issues with the above?

I was convinced by a Glocell rep to take out 3 contracts (I had them all on prepaid as I preferred the control) as he was quite persistent, and then mentioned the cruise deal. So figuring, a cruise for myself and some family will be a nice added bonus.

Contracts were done, units delivered and debits done. Months have passed now and still no word about the cruise and how to register.

I am in contact with the sales rep, his store manager, and another guy I assume is a regional manager of sorts. I keep on being told I will get an sms, but its weeks passing and nothing, all I get is the standard answer.

Any other?

Any advice?

scam, definitely

like that guy who sold tablets and you get a return air ticket anywhere,

then came the t&c's

It's not a scam. They sell you a contract, put you on a ship, but there's no cell reception... :p

Update: Spoke to the regional manager again this morning. He has promised me feedback today. Let's see.
