get the jar file from somewhere else and transfer it

Ok, it now allows me to download the app but now I can't log in.
When I put in the correct details it says:
Username and password do not match. You supplied ().
When I enter the correct username but incorrect password it says:
Username and password do not match. You supplied (xyz).
[xyz being my username].
Anyone know where I can report this flaw?
