Gmail not working on 8310

My Gmail app on Blackberry is not working. It is not updating. I tried to send an email. And since then it has not been working. The mail I tried to send is stuck in my outbox, and I cannot delete it. Is there something I can do to resolve this. I have tried downloading the Gmail app again, but that did not work. Must I delete the account in the ap and set them up again?
 
Thanks for the reply. But I would like to get the Gmail app working again. I already have another email setup on my blackberry mail. And the enhanced gmail app is not the same as the Gmail mobile app.the mobile app, works like an imap account, where if I delete the email it is deleted off my gmail account. The enhanced blackberry version doesn't seem to work like that.
 
I tried deleting the account and then resetting it up, but that did not help. Still same problem. After a while it comes up with a message saying " You do not have a working data connection" But I do as I can browse on the Blackberry Browser and I can send email with my other email account on the Blackberry mail app. When I quick the Gmail app, it ask if I want to quit as I have unsent mail.

How do I get rid of the unsent mail I cannot see? This may be causing the problem. I have an email in my outbox, but cannot delete it
 
Noticed my SatNav and Twitter apps are not working either. And I see others have also had problems over the weekend. Seems like it is an issue with Vodacom and the service books or something. How does this get corrected? Do we just wait until Vodacom fixes this?
 
VC stuffed arround on the weekend with the link between them and RIM. A lot of aps is giving problems ie SATNAV, Google MAPS, Twitter etc. THey said they know about it and is working on the problem - what ever. Hope it get fixed ASAP
 
Well they have had 3 days to fix it. How long do you guys guess this will take. Also when it is fixed will we as users have to update or change something, or will it just start working again?

I got the same problem BlackBerry Curve 8520
 
Yay! It is working again. Finally after 4 days Vodacom eventually have sorted it out.
