Gmail notify Error 302 with Mega105WR

Since I've installed ADSL I sometimes get an Error Code 302 with the Gmail Notify tray application, the notify application works more often than not, but I suspect I have not setup my Mega105WR ADSL Router optimally.

Any suggestions?

Maybe switch off the firewall (temporarily!) on your router and see if that helps.

I dont think I would want to do that, Gmail notify does work if I ask it to "check mail now" a few times but when my network is idle the error message pops up.

I was on Vodacom 3G for 12 hours a day before and never had any problems, I would get a notification when my mail arrived, but now it is useless

Edit: OK I'll try it temporarily and let you know.
Just to confirm...
Advanced>WAN>quickstart> remove check from firewall?

I disabled the firewall for 10min's and had no problems, but I'll need to test it for longer to be sure.
