I have not been able to get in since 05h00 this morning
I was working on a project last night with something that had been sent to me via my gmail, was tired decided to sleep and wake up early to finish it ! (bigggg mistake) I have been unable since 05h00 to access gmail, hotmail, and msn. Email delivery to my outlook has been very slow and messages sent from outlook to various people this morning at various addresses have all bombed out with the following message from [email protected]: failed to deliver....no response. Ithought it might be a hotmail / gmail thingie but went to an internet cafe today and everything was working fine, so has to be sentech. It is now just after 10pm and still the same problems

The work I am doing is transcription work on a manuscript. Helping a friend based in JHB who is on adsl. so once we have worked on something we mail it bck to the other for proofing. WEll for weeks now mail sent from her (telkomsa.net) to me has come in sporadically with some emails just never reaching me. Kinda began to feel it was a conspiracy cos of the whole telkom / sentech thang. Have not had that problem at all since we started correspondig using my gmail account, so am now kinda peeved that the tentacles from hell have managed to worm their way in (mixed metaphors?? )and ruin this option for me too!

ironic that i would look on this forums for information on what's going rather than on the sentech site...
this is now the second time in a few months that their network goes down after 'maintenance', you would think they'd learn from previous mistakes...
