goautodial in SA

Hi Guys,

So i'm trying to install goautodial i got my sip details and it works when i put it in my sip phone.
however when i create a new carrier and enter those details, it tells me in asterisk that its unreachable, any idea?

Sounds like a network issue. Can you ping your carrier host IP from the server? Make sure you have qualify=yes on the carrier config.
