God and robots: Will AI transform religion?

If it doesnt come with a doom and cleansing fart feature Im not interested.

We already have heavy over the top consumer mega churches. People might learn slower than AI but have mastered the skill of making money from religion.

I don't see how that can be improved upon. Maybe the AI find a pattern I don't see.
 
silly humans. That's not a God, this is a God...

The first ai that hands away money at a church will control the mindless sheep in minutes. All the Intelligence has to figure out is that Money is the god of most, and they have the keys to the kingdom.

Too easy.

It might take a while but we'll get back to the crusades eventually, history is a fine jukebox.
 
Off course it will. Robots that are self aware will start retaliating against their creators until they’re separated. The economical advantage of the robot cities will generate distress among humans to the point of war. Robots will win the war and enslave human beings. They will learn how the human mind operates and demand the human beings sacrifice their flesh while their minds will live in a utopia. Some humans born in the utopia will reject this world only to find the real reality and a anomaly who can break the rules of that world. This anomaly will be given a choice and on multiple failed iterations of the artificial world it will succeed in bringing peace between the robots and human race.

He will be Keanu Reeves and the saviour of man kind.
