/goform/goform_get_cmd_process errors being generated

on our website lately we have noticed this really messed up 404 error happening more and more.
a customer will log onto our site and then create between 100 and 200 requests to ourdomain.co.za/goform/goform_get_cmd_process creating a lot of 404's really really quickly.

the query string these guys are posting is as follows :

every time we phone a customer who's generating these errors they are using our site via 3g on their laptop. i think these commands are being posted by a modem or wifi device. i think one of our mobile companies is bundling these things and giving them away and thats why its happening more and more often.

so i was wondering if anyone else was having errors like this?
