Hi,

I am an existing Adsl user with a Netgear modem/ router. Not a wireless setup.

What do I need to buy to enable the Xbox to connect wireless. And also for the computer to do the same.

PLease help with advise, suggestions and if possible cost.

You'll have to get a wi-fi switch/router either connected to your existing modem or straight to your adsl line. Then for the xbox you need a wireless adapter. The wireless adapter is xbox only and costs around R900 which is quite steep. The wireless adapter works pretty well and is easy o set up.

I connected my 360 to a Airport Express I had lying around but almost any ethernet wireless access point should work.

You'll also need something connected to your adsl - either a wireless modem or another WAP connected to your existing netgear router.

As an alternative to the R900 adapter, you could also try a generic wireless ethernet bridge, I've seen them for around R450. You'd probably have to set it up via a PC first.
