I was wondering if there are any joggers out there. Started jogging a couple of weeks ago and the last couple of days my shin muscles seems to get really tired while I'm jogging.
After some googling I found out this could be the start of Shin Splints.
Can anyone confirm this and if so any advice? Al the other advice on the net is very contradicting and the only conclusion I could draw was to strengthen my calves.
