Good cloud solution

VPS. $3 monthly, install an FTP daemon, and you should get 10GB and 1TB transfer included easily. If you're into development, I'm sure you can install some sort of subversioning system on it as well.

EDIT:
I currently pay $3 monthly (normal price is $4) at front range hosting. Internet connection is bloody fast, RAM is a bit low at 256MB, but it's not running anything except Apache, mysql and vsftpd and it's not a problem for a single user.

Thanks , its to backup my websites , I reckon 10GB will be enough for now, I will back it up locally and on the cloud.

I use buyvm.net they are extremely popular and give excellent service, I pay $1.25 per month or $15 per year for their smallest VPS that I use for testing and playing, otherwise I have a few of their $6 per month VPS's as well for more serious use. Currently I have a VPS in their San Jose DC as well their new DC in New York.
