I'll take this opportunity to share, that I've been 'acting out' in the last few weeks to my own great disappointment and shame, small episodes of utter irrationality (triggered by me drinking too much at social events and losing control of my emotions, I'm unsocialised and social drinking helps, now I'll have to throttle back on that and probably step back socially too, ta.)
