I have a problem with my mobile wifi, it's says connected but no internet connection but also the lights are green both of them. I don't know what to do can you please help.

Try logging into the modem (192.168.8.1, username and password both admin) and go to dial-up under settings. turn on roaming, apply and accept the warning prompt. You may be out of sight of a telkom mobile tower and it needs to connect to MTN, telkom's (current) roaming partner. Default setting for these modems is roaming off.
