Good December holiday ideas

Looking for something unique to do - a party not to be forgotten away from the hordes. Preferably in RSA but would def consider our bordering countries.

Something in nature, on the coast, in the desert - I dunno - something that'll leave you feeling like you've experienced something special.

Any ideas welcome...
