Good, Free Installer Program?

Can anyone suggest a good, free installer program for software on a PC that will automatically make registry entries in a specified file path? It doesn't need to be fancy, just install a few files in a newly created directory and then have the .reg file associated to that new directory for it to work in some third-party software.
