Good hake recipe for the braai?

I suddenly have a craving for some fresh fish...
Damn you korn1. I refuse to share my secret recipe now :D
Maybe you have a secret steak recipe suitable for an 1kg inch thick rump?

Someone is having a Yellowtail braai tomorrow. I'm trying to think up some recipe for this...at least yellowtail has flavour and you don't want to kill that...and I'm not sure how... but Hake is one of those bland things that take on the flavour of whatever you add to it. Personally I'd deep fry it

Well that now is a different story all together. Living in the meat capital of SA (The free state. Pretoria bugger off), we all have various techniques and recipies :)

Yeah yeah whatever. Bwana will now claim that he is cooking a steak right now
That is a very Bwana thing to be doing, I must be honest.

Bwana: As a matter of fact, I am making one right now.

Bwana: You know, I am actually just about to do it now.

:D

Well that will never happen. :)

Keep it simple a squeese of lemon and some olive oil. If you don't want the fish to stick to the foil lay it on a bed of slice's of lemon or onion. Enjoy !

Well I woke up this fine morning, saw that I had a box of hake fillets in the fridge, went over to me Google Oracle , searched, as per the norm, this forum pops up, "A Recipe" , clicked the blinkin' button, landed up on this thread, yet, after 13 replies, no recipe.... what happened to the hake all those years ago?
