The court case is due to start on Monday so its certainly fitting that you should know that we have got your back.
All the best and good luck!!!!
:)

Do you guys expect a fairly speedy resolution of the case? Or could it drag on for an age?

Best of luck on Monday!

Our strategy is clear, regardless whether there is a speedy resolution on Monday. We've reduced our price already.

I think that if Telkom continues with this case, they will be very foolish, since most of DotCo's problems are addressed in the new ICASA draft legislation. But we do know them as vindictive and they do have a large body of lawyers searching for reasons to try and justify their uselessness.

Anyways, good luck and sock it to them! I am totally behind you!!!

Even more reason for them to pursue. If (When;)) DotCo wins, ICASA's draft will be packed up by legal precedence. However, expect the 5th to be a formality, with a reconvening in January.

Good luck folks! :) You win and you become the flagship for all other ISPs to follow :)

No pressure though ;)

And if I don't see you all... I wish you a merry jingly.

Good Luck Dotco.;)

Perhaps the new ICASA ADSL Draft Regulations might add fuel to your case?

Yeah, it's being held in CPT as I remember Cape Judge John Hlophe presiding over the case.

Good luck DOTCO - hope you win the case and nail Goliath.

Apparently saying good luck is bad luck.. someone said so a long time ago.. so anyway - vasbyt ou maat, and even if the ruling is not in DOTCO's favour (which is unlikely) kudos for having brass balls and taking the behemoth on...... most other ISP's seem to be moaning and complaining about everything from the higher-cap accounts right up to the draft ADSL regulations. Sigh. Some people are just never satisfied, especially customers, but DOTCO/AYCE/Johan Ferreira is obviously another one who is never satisfied - until his CUSTOMERS are satisfied. 1000 bonus points for that, and the willingness to ensure value for money and being prepared to fight for your customers! :)

'Sup? I just wanna say good luck to Dotco and everyone involved. and thanks for takeing a stand and creating some hope for us. If it wasnt for guys like you, who knows what we'd do. BIG UP to DOTCO!!!
