Good online e-tailers

Good online e-tailers , im looking for ones specifically for pc parts etc, computersonly.co.za and buycomputers.co.za couldnt seem to give a crap as both havnt replied to email wrt hdd's they stock and model numbers.

So anyone have a service theyve used that actually cares, the two above havnt replied and its going on 4 days now. Thats just ****ty service and I wont order from them. PLEASE recommend GOOD companies.

Hey computersonly is currently moving to a new location so maybe they didnt receive your email

I think they are pretty good and there prices are competitive

I have bought from both Sybaritic and Prophecy and can recommend both of them. Communication and service in general are very good
 
www.simplicityonline.co.za is also quite good, for our use, place the order online, or mail them with requirements, pay today, delivery to u tomorrow, with their driver/courier.
prices not bad too... service very good.
but i find that some places are cheaper than others at certain things, so best have about 2-3 suppliers to check up
 
prophecy and sybaritic are very good...both have great service and support.

my RMA experience with prophecy was great with new product delivered within a week...
 
Not really etailers but the dealers at systemshock forum have always given me excellent service. The other place I shop at is prophecy.
