Good online Photoshop courses?

Hi, firstly hope this is the right forum. A friend is looking for online courses in Photoshop that are either free or reasonably priced, would you guys be able to point us to a few?

Only way to learn is practice, practice, practice. And watch videos on what you want to do not what can be done.

Unless you looking for accreditation, I'd do what Cameron has suggested.

Even if you are looking for accreditation, i'd still do what Cameron suggested and create a portfolio to highlight your skill set
