Good PC repair shop

Guys,

I have a PC problem whereby I get small white flickering on my screen not sure what causes it.

Does anyone know of a really good pc-repair shop that I can go to to get assist? I'm in Pretoria Centurion.

If you are willing to take the time, a little troubleshooting can save you some.

Did you try another screen? Another VGA/DVI/HDMI cable? That will eliminate the display.

If it's still there...

If you have an addon screencard, try removing it and plugging into the onboard port (if there is one). Otherwise try a different screencard.

Adjust the refresh rate under display settings , advanced... if its at 60 , try increase it to 70 -75 ... This will depend on your graphics cards capabilities and your monitor. Some will allow you to change this , others wont.

I have a LCD, started yesterday for some reason, will format tonight and see if it helps. Problem is I don't have much time for troubleshooting, tired when I get home aft night. I don't know how to explain it, its like very small white dots on the screen, coming and going at a very high rate.

It could also be something on the power supply of the monitor. Try it on another PC/laptop if possible.

Try a diffrent monitor and cable , if it still happens my money is on the graphics card
